DESCRIPTION:Tours\, exhibits\, food\, music (Event Held Rain or Shine) \nAt 1PM on Saturday September 13\, the weekend event will feature three special “Building Bridges” announcements: First\, the planned opening of  the new  Underground Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania in Columbia\, PA in 2028.
